and my work centers on helping women better understand their nervous systems and the internal patterns that shape how they move through life.

Over the years, I’ve seen how many thoughtful, capable women continue to feel stuck in cycles of stress, emotional overwhelm, or self-doubt—even after trying many personal growth approaches.

Somatic integration offers a different lens. By bringing awareness to the nervous system and the body, women can begin to recognize patterns, develop greater emotional clarity, and relate to themselves with more steadiness and compassion.

Nature of Being was created as a space for coaching and education where women can explore these ideas and build a more supportive relationship with their nervous systems.
